Training and Staff Development

K12 Systems offers variety of training approaches, which are customized to meet a clients needs.  Training is conducted in a comfortable hands-on learning environment.  Our training team work side by side with the Software Development Team to ensure that they have a thorough knowledge of both the application and the training needs of the client.

All training programs include a user’s guide or manual as well as a basic training workshop with learning guides.  Training can be done in individualized or small groups.  You may choose to have all users trained or use a “train the trainer” model.  Training is offered on sit or online.  Training exercises use the application with test data.  Clients maintain access to their online training site.

Application manuals are provided online as user guides.  These can be searched for key words and printed.  The online user guides ensure that clients have manuals that are always up-to-date.
