Sapphire Student Demographics module tracks all information related to the students’ demographic information. The demographic record follows students for as long as they are in the district. There is no need to re-enter or promote the same information from year to year, and all authorized users in the district have access to the student records in real-time.
Tracking student demographics is easy with Sapphire Student Information System (SIS) demographics screens. Along with automatic or manual student ID creation and basic demographic information such as student name, address, email and other contact information, Sapphire SIS allows for an unlimited number of district-defined dictionary based contact types (i.e. Mother, Father, Guardian).
