WIZARD Driven Imports

Moving data into Assessment Tracker could not be simpler. Utilizing the Assessment Tracker Import Wizard, data can be imported from virtually any data source, Excel, flat files, comma delimited files, tab delimited files, Excel XML format and more. Then the Import Wizard walks the user through bringing in the data into the central repository.

Importing assessments and other key performance indicators becomes a breeze. Easily import:

PSSA, PSAT/SAT/ACT, Dibels, Study Island, Grade – Group Reading and Diagnostic Evaluation, 4Sight, SAS, Access – Accessing Comprehension and Communication in English State to State, Storytown, AP Exams, DRA – Development Reading Assessment, District Authored Assessment, and any other assessment your district uses.

District Definable Data Definitions

Create custom data definitions for sets of assessment data and key performance indicators.
Determine expiration dates for time sensitive information. Data will auto-expire upon the expiration date. No more having to set external reminders or allowing faculty and staff to use stale data.
Establish color coding for data ranges. Example: PSSA scores could be gold for Advanced, Yellow for Proficient, Blue for Basic and Red for Below Basic
Establish Grade Scales
Bring data column headers or add column headers on the fly
Import data with hundreds of columns and millions of rows
Restrict imports to specific columns
Reorder data to assisst in scrubbing and sanitizing the data
Save Data Definitions for re-use. Once a definition is built it can be used over and over again to bring in similar data.

Data Validation

Sapphire Assessment Tracker's Import Wizard will scrub the data as you bring it it. The Wizard allows the user to visualize and modify data. The user can fix inconsistencies, anomolies, and correct problem data before it ever enters the system.
